    Position Summary:

    Inventory Responsibilities:

    • Maintain system records including billing adjustments, purges, and clearance code updates.

    • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, including transportation reclass entries and related reconciliations.

    • Generate and analyze reports including Open Work Order, Equipment Sale, Demo Target, and Billed Not Received reports.

    Vendor Rebate Responsibilities:

    • Manage various types of rebate programs, including Volume Rebate, Margin Rebate, Special Cost Rebate, ULS Warranty Rebate, and Inter-company Rebate.

    • Oversee the full rebate cycle: billing, payment received, proper coding, and follow-up on variances.

    • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities related to rebate write-offs, accruals, rebate reserves, and reconciliations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in inventory or rebate management.

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and variance follow-up.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
