Compensation Range : $48,835 - $61,044 per year

What to expect :

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the accurate, timely, and confidential processing and approval of employee expense reports, including reclassifications and accruals. This role also supports accounts receivable activities such as customer portal setup, documentation requests, and other AR tasks. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This includes :

  • Review and approve expense reports in Concur according to policies.
  • Import and post expense batches into the accounting system, resolving errors promptly.
  • Validate receipts using AppZen.
  • Prepare and post month-end accruals related to employee expenses.

Accounts Receivable

  • Set up new customers in portals and upload invoices.
  • Complete documentation requests for EFT setup or vendor registration.
  • Process credit card payment requests.
  • Monitor and respond to AR inquiries, including customer statements, W-9s, and W-8 forms.

Other duties as assigned

  • Coordinate and respond to Certificate of Insurance requests.
  • Support team continuity by providing cross-trained backup for AR and AP functions during absences.
  • Perform additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Support special projects or initiatives as required.

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, this position is based in a remote working environment with occasional travel. CWB adopts a remote-first model, encouraging flexible schedules that suit employees, teams, and clients.
