Job summary

ISG Search Inc. is recruiting an Accountant for a permanent, full-time role based in Vaughan, Ontario. The position supports full-cycle accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany activity, with opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of experience, strong Excel and ERP systems proficiency, solid analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with financial reporting. CPA is an asset but not required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience.
• Experience with journal entries, accruals, prepaids and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment is an asset.
• Spanish language skills are a strong asset.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is an asset, but not required.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle accounting activities.
• Complete month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals and prepaids.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting.
• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

• Support full-cycle accounting activities.
• Complete month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals and prepaids.
