Join Our Client as an Accountant

Our client, a social club located in Dorval, is seeking to hire an Accountant for a part-time position. The role involves working 3-4 days a week in the office and reports to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full accounting cycle
2. Oversee cash flow and daily banking operations
3. Reconcile bank statements
4. Handle payroll using ADP
5. Manage a small office environment
6. Prepare financial statements and balance sheets
7. Assist in budget preparation

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Accounting
• Bilingual in French (conversational, email communication, and interactions with government)
• Experience with Sage and ADP
• Interested in working 3-4 days a week; full-time is also a possibility
• Enjoys working in a small, friendly office
• Comfortable engaging with a Board of Directors, members, and the public
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Owns a car and is willing to commute to Dorval
