The role of the Account Specialist - High Rise will be responsible for partnering with the Account Manager in meeting the needs of Noble’s high-rise customer base. With a customer focused and winning attitude mindset, this role will need to build relationships with our customers, exemplifying the value of willingness to assist in order to maintain customer loyalty and retention. We will invest in the right candidate who takes pride in their work, is customer focused and a team player.

How you Contribute to Noble's Success

• Strong understanding and dedication to customer needs.

• Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness to urgency

• Process orders and manage all aspects of the sales order cycle.

• Answers Plumbing calls, requests and offers solutions to customer inquiries

• Provides quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers

Review and maintain quote logs and assist with follow-up as required

• Pro-actively communicates pricing discrepancies to achieve margin expectations and minimize invoicing disputes

• Develops long-lasting relationships with customers and key vendor partners

• Participates in supporting branch sales objectives and is accountable for helping to achieve sales results (revenue, gross margin, account targets)

• Possess the patience and determination to provide a positive experience to our customers

• Ability to handle challenging requests by providing solutions to any problems

• Collaborates with the branch team to provide excellent customer service and follow up

• Effectively promotes Noble value proposition and ‘brand’

• Participates in trade shows, training and associated product meetings where appropriate

• Ability to efficiently categorize each task by importance to ensure deadlines are met.

• Other related duties as assigned to support the business

Must Haves:

• Superior customer service skills

• Well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Team-oriented, with the ability to develop a strong rapport with coworkers

• Self-starter, who is able to take initiative and work well independently

• Knowledge of, or the willingness to learn and advance skills

• Ability to take direction and execute tasks quickly and efficiently Inside

• Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with consistent access to a personal vehicle

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience in Plumbing sales and/or customer service is a strong asset

• Technical Plumbing knowledge

• Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset
