Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide exceptional collections-related service. You will guide customers on payment solutions and products that meet their financial goals, collaborating to meet and exceed performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and credibility.
• Develop and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and advise on payments and collections strategies.
• Provide guidance on payment solutions and products.
• Manage client communications, process transactions, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Incorporate marketing promotions into customer interactions as appropriate.
• Analyze data to offer insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer requests.
• Follow policies and procedures diligently.
• Stay informed about collections strategies, trends, and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; post-secondary education preferred.

Compensation
