We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:

  1. Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional collections-related service.
  2. Offer guidance on payment solutions and products aligned with customer goals.
  3. Collaborate in a competitive environment to meet and exceed performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service that builds trust through expertise and responsiveness.
  • Developing rapport and credibility with clients as a relationship manager.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understanding customer needs and advising on payments and collections strategies.
  • Providing guidance on payment solutions and products.
  • Communicating with clients, processing transactions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Managing transactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Completing documentation accurately and organizing work information.
  • Following policies and procedures for transactions and activities.
  • Staying informed about collections strategies, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer and bank information.
  • Supporting process improvements and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Knowledge of laws related to Consumer Collections.
  • Understanding of BMO products, services, and market trends.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried
