Qualifications

• 3-year college diploma or academic equivalent related to the activity sector and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Very good knowledge of commercial finance products.
• Knowledge of different types of commercial collaterals.
• Familiar with commercial legal documents.
• Proficiency with Office suite, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of banking services and commercial products.
• Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.

• Open commercial files and assist clients in their various financing transactions (assistance in the preparation of legal documents and credit facility disbursements)
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Establish and maintain effective communications with the various partners involved in the files (such as account manager, disbursement expert and legal advisors).
• Find solutions customized to customer needs.
• Develop a lasting business relationship with customers by offering them distinguished service.
• Participate as part of a team in the continuous improvement of administrative tools and processes.
