Duties include regular service calls, product deliveries and returns, maintaining displays, providing training to resellers, inventory reconciliation, and warranty support.

The Account Representative will be responsible for providing service to East Penn Canada’s national, regional and local accounts within their assigned territory. The Account Representative will also be responsible for providing training to customers, as appropriate, to support business growth.
Please note that this is a non-commissioned role focused exclusively on account management. It does not involve direct sales or sales targets.
