Critical Mass in Calgary is seeking an Account Manager to be a key partner to clients and colleagues, managing day‑to‑day business needs, driving campaigns forward, and building strong relationships. You will thrive with mentorship from an Account Director, enjoy hands‑on execution, and take ownership of projects and deliverables.

This role requires 3–5 years of account management experience in digital marketing, with a collaborative mindset and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with media planning and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Collaborative cross‑functional teamwork across media, creative, ops, strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional media and asset setup.
• Growth mindset with initiative and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, media plan fulfillment, and trafficking setup.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver all campaign deliverables on time.
• Own campaigns and lead larger sales events or asset creation when possible.
• Serve as primary client contact, building open, collaborative relationships.
• Support Account Director and contribute new ideas to improve outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of media requirements and ensure alignment with strategy.
