Job summary

BAY PRO is seeking an Account Manager for our landscape maintenance accounts in Nova Scotia, Canada. You will be the primary contact for clients, focusing on customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, performing site walkthroughs, and presenting site enhancement ideas. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in the landscape industry and communication skills. Benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, commissions based on sales, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience.
• Good communication skills; bilingual preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience.
• Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Word and related computer skills.

We are looking for an Account Manager for our landscape maintenance accounts in San Jose, CA. You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, building long‑term relationships and focusing on customer service to ensure clients receive everything they need, including proposals for extra work, from which you will receive commissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients.
• Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients while maintaining acceptable gross margins.
• Provide feedback to the operations team based on your walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience.
• Good communication skills; bilingual preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or the local marketplace.
