Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking an Account Manager- Inside Sales to act as the main liaison between our sales team and operations. You will support existing accounts while pursuing new business through inside and outside sales outreach.

You will prepare customer quotes, maintain databases, and deliver exceptional service, responding to inquiries and conducting review calls as part of ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment.
• Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an asset; CIFFA certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and maintain databases.
• Serve as liaison between sales representatives and the operations team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside and outside sales.

In this role, you will support existing accounts while alsoidentifyingand pursuing new business opportunities through both inside and outside sales outreach. Responsibilities include preparing customer quotes,maintainingand updating databases, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.Additionalduties involve responding to customer inquiries, conducting customer review calls, and fulfilling othertasksassigned by the company.

Requirements:
