CIMCO is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to join our growing team of Commercial Service Sales professionals.

This position offers a monthly vehicle allowance and gas card according to company policy.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to our customers and internal team
2. Engage warm leads to establish, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with existing and new clients
3. Cold calling and bid specification estimation
4. Prepare estimates of costs including materials, labor, and equipment for HVAC/R service projects, contracts, and part sales
5. Prepare and review quotations, specifications, and contract agreements
6. Stay updated on new technology within the Industrial HVAC/R industry to ensure estimates include the most current construction and service methods
7. Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
8. Complete final cost estimates for tender or quote submissions
9. Manage multiple quotes or bids and meet deadlines
10. Participate in kickoff meetings with Project, Service, and Engineering teams after award
11. Be available to provide customer support as required

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Sales and account management experience in HVAC/R industry or relevant industry is required
• Experience as an HVAC/R Service Mechanic is an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and committed to team success
