Esri Canada Limited is seeking an Account Manager to lead Defence accounts and drive solution engagement with the Department of National Defence. You will build trusted relationships, shape opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored GIS software, services and training solutions.
You will work with Customer Success and other teams to support adoption, renewals, and growth, while maintaining clear account plans and effective engagement strategies in a Federal context.
Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Federal Sector Services department.
Reporting to the District Manager of Defence, the Account Manager, Defence is responsible for independently managing an assigned portfolio of Department of National Defence (DND) customer accounts, leading account execution, solution engagement, and customer relationships. Working under broad direction, this role develops and maintains account plans, advances solution initiatives, and positions Esri Canada’s software, professional services, and training solutions to address customer needs within the Federal environment.
The Account Manager, Defence acts as the primary point of contact for assigned DND accounts and collaborates closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction, adoption, and sustained account engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of customer priorities, procurement environments, and solution value within a complex public‑sector context.
This role will be based in Ottawa, Canada.

At Esri Canada, we are committed to fair and competitive compensation. This role offers a base salary range of $86,900 to $103,200 annuallyand additional commission/incentive, determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
