Account Manager Cyber Security Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager for Cyber Security Solutions with a focus on Data Privacy for EU and North America, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their products and services, including the Vision One Security Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the cyber security sector, specifically focusing on data privacy, analytics, and AI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all cyber security-related needs.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and effective utilization of the Vision One Security Platform.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base in the EU and North America regions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry, with a focus on data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Track and report on account performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in customer-facing and management-related roles, along with 2 years of Customer Success Management (CSM) experience working for SaaS companies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the cyber security industry.
- Experience with data protection regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Extensive experience with Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms, including a deep understanding of their products and services.
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Vision One Security Platform.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices in the EU and North America.
- Proven experience managing large portfolios for publicly traded companies and high-stakes organizations, ensuring data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with analytics and artificial intelligence applications in cyber security.
- Ability to manage global client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in data privacy, cyber security, such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP or similar.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and any European languages.
