Account Manager Cyber Security Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager for Cyber Security Solutions with a focus on Data Privacy for EU and North America, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their products and services, including the Vision One Security Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the cyber security sector, specifically focusing on data privacy, analytics, and AI.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all cyber security-related needs.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
  4. Demonstrate thorough understanding and effective utilization of the Vision One Security Platform.
  5. Collaborate closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base in the EU and North America regions.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry, with a focus on data privacy regulations and best practices.
  8. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  9. Track and report on account performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10 years of experience in customer-facing and management-related roles, along with 2 years of Customer Success Management (CSM) experience working for SaaS companies.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the cyber security industry.
  4. Experience with data protection regulations.
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  6. Extensive experience with Trend Micro Security Solutions and Platforms, including a deep understanding of their products and services.
  7. Strong knowledge and experience with the Vision One Security Platform.
  8. Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
  9. Excellent understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices in the EU and North America.
  10. Proven experience managing large portfolios for publicly traded companies and high-stakes organizations, ensuring data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  11. Experience with analytics and artificial intelligence applications in cyber security.
  12. Ability to manage global client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  13. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  14. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  16. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in a related field.
  2. Certifications in data privacy, cyber security, such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP or similar.
  3. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and any European languages.
