Job summary

Zeno Group, Toronto-based, seeks an Account Manager, Creator Marketing to lead influencer campaigns from sourcing to reporting. You’ll work with our Creator team under senior leadership to craft strategies that connect culture with brands and measure impact.

Bring 3–5 years in creator/influencer marketing, strong negotiation and platform skills (Instagram, TikTok), and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment that values results and creativity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand side).
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contracts and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator culture (Instagram, TikTok, especially).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with real-time problem-solving.
• Data-minded with an eye for campaign performance and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute creator-led campaigns from start to finish: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, approvals, reporting.
• Manage daily communication with creators and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Help develop strategic creator approaches that deliver on client goals.
• Stay plugged into digital and influencer trends; bring fresh, informed POVs to internal teams and clients.
• Build strong working relationships with creators and agents.
• Support the development of campaign decks, proposals, and reporting documents.
• Analyze data and platform metrics to optimize campaigns and inform recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across teams and agency partners to ensure seamless integration into broader marketing plans.

The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
