Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-to-business service relationship.
  • Experience in Health Care Insurance and/or Benefits Industry is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and facilitate change management.
  • Proven planning, time and resource management skills.
  • Strong project management skills and strategic thinking.
  • Superior interpersonal communication, collaboration, relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships through comprehensive knowledge of client benefit plans and ESC product offerings.
  • Interact daily with clients, consultants and producers providing preventive consultation, analysis and issue resolution.
  • Execute client benefit requests—benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations and escalated issues—in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Proactively monitor and identify service trends, collaborate on immediate resolution, and drive recovery efforts when needed.
  • Accountable for new group and product implementations, including leading internal meetings to ensure cross-functional collaboration and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead client-centric team meetings to review operational performance against client expectations.
  • Present operational performance metrics to clients monthly/quarterly, comparing with company benchmarks to promote satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Client Service teams on client strategic objectives and escalated service issues.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

Job Summary
