Responsibilities

• Managing inventory replenishment, cycle counts, audits, and stock organization.
• Receiving, moving, storing, and putting away inventory as required.
• Tracking parts and inventory transactions.
• Quoting and sourcing parts to meet customer requirements.
• Expediting orders and managing inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Providing technical product and part information to customers.
• Entering orders and maintaining accurate system records.
• Running reports and analyzing inventory and sales data.
• Building strong customer relationships through daily on-site support.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve service and grow the business.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery.

Job description

Do you enjoy a combination of hands‑on work and customer service responsibilities? If so, join our team as an Account Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting inventory management and operational excellence at our customer location in Winnipeg, MB. This position is fully on-site at a large manufacturing facility in northwest Winnipeg and offers a balanced mix of office and warehouse‑floor responsibilities. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent performing administrative and customer service duties, while the remaining 50% will involve hands‑on inventory management and material handling activities.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

We offer a competitive starting wage, based on experience. We reimburse for mileage and steel toe shoes (up to $100 per year) and provide an annual clothing allowance.
