ABOUT THE ROLE :

As an Account Manager at Jackpot, you'll deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers. You will build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing the highest level of service and support.

You will serve as a dedicated contact, understanding each customer's needs, preferences, and goals. By staying ahead of their expectations, you'll proactively offer solutions, identify opportunities to enhance their experience, and ensure interactions are personal, seamless, and thoughtful.

Success means not only meeting but exceeding customer standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for clients, streamline their journey, and uphold the highest customer care standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
  1. Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 high-value clients.
  2. Handle escalations confidently and diffuse tense situations.
  3. Build strong relationships to increase brand loyalty.
  4. Enhance your product knowledge and proactively communicate new features to clients, educating them to increase value.
  5. Act as a bridge between customers and operational teams, supporting compliance obligations.
  6. Understand KPIs and activities that drive your portfolio's performance.
YOU IDEALLY HAVE :
  1. A self-motivated personality, willing to build from the ground up, in a fast, high-growth environment.
  2. Proven effectiveness in maintaining high-value relationships.
  3. 2-3 years of experience meeting productivity targets.
  4. An analytical mindset, using data to understand customer behavior and trends.
  5. Proficiency with software platforms, including CRM systems.
  6. The ability to understand implications and recommend solutions.
