Partnering with new, high-performing skin-focused medical clinics is critical to the success of the Account Manager role. You will spearhead the prospecting journey from start to finish, manage and enhance the performance of new accounts, and create and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within our existing client base.

Eligible candidates must reside in the Greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, nurture, plan, and execute new partnership agreements on behalf of AlumierMD.
  2. Ensure that each new account is onboarded to meet and exceed the objectives set out in the account onboarding journey plan.
  3. Effectively communicate the AlumierMD unique business offering.
  4. Establish a quarterly business plan for each account by identifying growth opportunities and delivering against it.
  5. Analyze industry market trends, competition, products, packaging, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to sales management and other departments as necessary.
  6. Develop a high level of product knowledge and scientific credibility.
  7. Present micro-teaches on any part of our product range when necessary.
  8. Administer territory information and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements, including updating Zendesk Sell daily for face-to-face call activity and other activities.
  9. Progress account development by executing patient events, customer programs, and KOL programs.
  10. Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
  11. Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of territory.
  12. Achieve and exceed sales and new account acquisition targets.
  13. Align individual sales activities with objectives set for territory development.
  14. Implement promotions and marketing strategies.

Additional responsibilities in-office or outside of territory include:

  1. Participating in sales meetings.
  2. Working at national trade shows and conferences.
  3. Participating in product development trials and meetings.
  4. Traveling, including overnights.

Skills and abilities:

  • Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, including the use of PowerBI and Zendesk (asset).
  • Relationship-building skills with staff, peers, and customers.
  • Experience in the skincare industry, preferably medical skincare.
  • Valid driver's license.
