Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, Quebec, is seeking a senior supplier management professional. You will build strong supplier relationships, drive contract compliance, and lead supplier reviews to enable effective two‑way communication.

Qualifications

• Candidate must meet one of the following requirements: CEGEP/College degree in Supply Management or related field and 12+ years in supply management with complex accounts.
• University diploma (preferred) in Supply Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or similar and 10+ years in supply management with complex accounts.
• Graduate diploma an advantage.
• Certificate, orientation and/or direct experience in supply management and/or logistics or similar.
• Understanding of contractual language.
• Ability to propose new and creative solutions.
• Superior customer service orientation, exceeding expectations.
• Ability to analyze and filter pertinent data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry (an advantage).
• Up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure suppliers conduct business as per contractual requirements.
• Participate in regular business reviews with suppliers to enable efficient two‑way communication.
• Lead critical topics and senior escalations, identify strategic risks and elevate them within the organization.
• Lead negotiations in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team.
• Develop business strategies and innovations.
• Manage and resolve client issues.
• Establish processes for Request for Quotation bid packages.
• Manage solicitations for new programs with the New Product Integration team.
