Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a proactive Sales professional to maintain and grow our Vancouver Island customer base. You will identify customer needs, explore opportunities to expand offerings, and submit detailed quotes for construction bids.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or related fields, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel up to 70% to serve customers across Canada’s Vancouver Island region. This role offers base pay and a generous incentive plan.

• 2+ years of sales experience or another related field where building & retaining a dedicated customer base was valued.
• Ability to build relationships by establishing a good first impression and build trust by demonstrating our company values.
• Ability to overcome objections in the sales process.
• Ability to understand each customer's situation.
