We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help us change the way the world works, with next-generation visual productivity tools. Here, you’ll be responsible for managing the new and renewal business process end-to-end for direct and channel business, meeting revenue growth targets with our MindManager team.

As an Account Manager, You Will:

  • Responsible for managing the new and renewal business process end-to-end for direct and channel business, meeting revenue growth targets.
  • Convert leads, conduct discovery / deep-dive calls, and participate in product demos to qualify opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, create quotes, handle negotiations, and address other process requirements needed to close the deals.
  • Support the Finance and Order Management teams in their day-to-day operations to properly invoice and collect payments for new and renewal licenses.
  • Work with channel partners to ensure opportunities in your pipeline are managed in a proactive and proper manner.
  • Stay on top of the status of the negotiations and resolve any barriers to secure close business.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding targets by up-selling MindManager products to existing customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and legal amendments whilst maximizing customer retention and annual sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, communications, and related data within Salesforce and maintain proper forecasting data.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities, and accurately forecast commitments of your pipeline.

What YOU Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of work experience exceeding targets in a sales role with experience in a technology channel and B2B environment.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with channel partners.
  • Strong in English – reading, writing, speaking (bilingual in French is an asset).
  • Show commitment and accountability for your attainment to monthly / quarterly quotas and your career growth.
  • Be humble, coachable, great to work with, and open to trying new things.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and follow our sales development process and capture data into Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit – exhibited by creativity and “outside the box” thinking.
  • Ability to execute on strategic sales plans, focusing on the development of large, long-term business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the qualities of a leader – strong listener, self-driven, accountable, and capable of delivering exceptional results.

The following are not required, though definitely nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and other sales tools. Preferred requirement #1.
