Job description

Our Account Executive Velocity team works closely with solo practitioners and small law firms seeking a legal practice management system to transform their business. In this role, you will work with entrepreneurs, helping their practices come to life. This team is our largest at Clio and is crucial to our success.

What you'll work on :

  • Uncover new business opportunities, leveraging prospecting skills and relationships to build lasting partnerships with law firms in your territory.
  • Convert qualified opportunities via phone, email, and product demos.
  • Manage all sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Forecast your monthly sales pipeline weekly.
  • Own your territory, managing the sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate with qualifying teams to strategize on opportunity generation.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to recommend solutions that fit client needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations with Clio’s products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt your sales strategies accordingly.

What you may have :

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
  • At least 1 year of SaaS, full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in managing inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Experience leading product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, or similar is a plus.
