Avonni - https://www.avonni.app - is a set of tools to prototype, design and build Salesforce Lightning applications. We are solving the problem of building unnecessary and costly features by providing rapid ways to transform Salesforce apps. Today, thousands of users are transforming the way they design business applications and collaborate across their entire organization with Avonni.

As an Account Executive, you’ll help introduce Avonni to prospects across the globe. You will act as the primary point of contact for every new signup, and will be directly responsible for educating, providing awe-inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies. You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Avonni, including the CEO to ensure customer success at every stage during the sales process.

What will you be doing?
  • Prospecting — calling and emailing key contacts across an organization, including C-Suite
  • Understanding customer needs fully and articulating the relevant benefits of using Avonni
  • Matching use cases effectively to Avonni
  • Documenting key details properly including main use case, deal timeframe, and drive next steps
  • Providing product demonstrations virtually
  • Prioritizing opportunities and ownership of pricing negotiations through close
  • Using Salesforce for lead management and pipeline forecasting
  • Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome
What skills and experience do you need?
  • 3+ years in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in SaaS
  • Experience building your own pipeline from scratch
  • Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences
  • Proven track record of demonstrated long-term customer retention
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
  • CRM experience with Salesforce
  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
