Our dedicated team, consisting of top-tier developers, engineers, and business strategists, is driving our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to become the standard solution for multi-agent systems, serving enterprises, governments, and educational institutions of various scales.

The role

We are seeking a trilingual account executive for our enterprise sales team to articulate the transformative impact of our AI autonomous agents on prospective clients and partners across the LATAM region, including Brazil. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise, visionary insight, strategic collaboration, and a commitment to driving value through solution selling.

As part of our rapidly growing platform and its tens of thousands of monthly sign-ups, we invite entrepreneurial spirits who can shepherd sales from inception to close. As a Botpress ambassador, you'll forge meaningful relationships with senior leaders to craft compelling business narratives.

Located in the heart of Montreal, Canada, this role is for those who:

  • Champion customer needs: Prioritize and deeply understand client objectives, establish robust partnerships, and serve as a consultative confidant.
  • Strategize meticulously: Craft forward-thinking go-to-market strategies and engage stakeholders in a shared vision.
  • Identify new partners: Work with Partner team to identify, qualify, train and co-sell AI initiatives with LATAM delivery partners (SIs, Agencies…)
  • Embrace AI: Display a genuine passion for artificial intelligence and its societal benefits.
  • Manage process: Relish in shaping operational excellence and honing effective sales processes.
  • Solve creatively: Excel in addressing unique challenges with forward-thinking solutions.
  • Think globally: Botpress is facing worldwide demand, and we need someone who has cultural awareness to support customers and partners from Mexico to Chile.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Steer enterprise prospects through the purchasing lifecycle.
  • Work with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to enact change and illustrate the platform's benefits.
  • Consistently analyze and report on sales targets and pipeline management using our CRM system.
  • Remain attuned to industry trends to inform our product development and strategic direction.
  • Foster collaboration with departments like marketing, operations, and engineering to propel Botpress's growth and culture.
  • Support the GTM team in understanding local cultural and technological differences to adapt our sales motions to better align with local market demands
  • Report into the CRO and sales organization
  • Proven success in PaaS or SaaS sales within a product-centric or sales-intensive organization.
  • A consistent history of surpassing $750k in ARR goals for at least three (3) years OR five years of progressive technology sales experience with demonstration of systematic overachievement.
  • Trilingual (Oral and written): Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • Mastery in devising and executing intricate deal strategies.
  • A background in nurturing the expansion of dynamic, high-performance firms.
  • Experience leading significant customer engagement events.
  • Available to periodically travel in-market to meet with customers and partners
