About This Opportunity

Responsible for developing direct sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives supporting company growth. Sells products/services to large national accounts. Requires comprehensive knowledge of the foodservice industry, customer management (national & regional), revenue growth, P&L/financial acumen, contract negotiations, and customer marketing. Capable of executing complex projects.

Works with integrated account teams to manage key business relationships, develop and implement Annual Business Plans, and act as an expert on customer strategy, systems, and operations to ensure flawless program execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develops Annual Business Plans with key strategies for Coca-Cola growth within customer and system inputs.
  • Ensures business plans and marketing activities meet volume, revenue, profit, and satisfaction goals.
  • Maintains strong customer satisfaction and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with Company, Bottler, and customer teams for strategy implementation and program execution.
  • Aligns resources to execute marketing and operational programs on schedule and within budget.
  • Acts as a system-wide customer expert to ensure understanding of customer objectives and alignment of company programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • At least 2 years in sales/marketing and major account management; 3-5 years in consumer goods.
  • Experience in developing successful business plans and pricing strategies for retail.
  • Progressive responsibility in account management within consumer goods.
  • Proficient with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
