What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Promote and sell all products under the employer's umbrella to improve dealership business performance
- Provide essential training to dealership personnel on Vehicle Service Contracts and CPO programs
- Analyze dealer account performance and counsel dealers on best practices to maximize returns
- Conduct Brand Standards Evaluations to assess dealership adherence to CPO standards
- Develop and execute a territory plan to identify target accounts for new business acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B/outside sales experience in an automotive dealership environment
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Business‑related undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to develop business relationships with dealership principals and decision‑makers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a Business Manager role at a dealership
- Prior experience promoting a range of automotive F&I products such as service contracts and prepaid maintenance
- Knowledge of dealership operations and insurance products
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Industry designations related to automotive finance or sales
