What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and sell all products under the employer's umbrella to improve dealership business performance
  • Provide essential training to dealership personnel on Vehicle Service Contracts and CPO programs
  • Analyze dealer account performance and counsel dealers on best practices to maximize returns
  • Conduct Brand Standards Evaluations to assess dealership adherence to CPO standards
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify target accounts for new business acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B/outside sales experience in an automotive dealership environment
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Business‑related undergraduate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop business relationships with dealership principals and decision‑makers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a Business Manager role at a dealership
  • Prior experience promoting a range of automotive F&I products such as service contracts and prepaid maintenance
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and insurance products

  • Industry designations related to automotive finance or sales
