The Account Executive – Canada Retirement is an external sales role responsible for driving growth in Manulife’s Group Retirement business across assigned Canadian markets. This role focuses on building strong advisor and plan sponsor relationships, promoting the value of Manulife’s retirement solutions, and delivering consultative support that aligns with sponsor and advisor needs. This role is responsible for developing and managing a disciplined sales pipeline, leading new business development activities (including RFP responses and finalist presentations), and collaborating closely with internal partners to deliver a seamless experience from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Success in this role requires strong business acumen in the retirement industry, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to translate complex retirement concepts into clear business value. The role is designed for a sales professional who demonstrates ownership of territory outcomes, leverages data and market intelligence, and consistently reinforces Manulife’s value proposition through ethical, customer-focused selling.
