Resolver Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join a collaborative Sales team in a hybrid work environment, with options to work from home or in-office in Canada. You will manage end-to-end sales motions with world-renowned organizations, driving growth and opportunity creation.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to source leads and articulate value.
• Foster real and transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts in your territory.
• Develop plans for growth within the region to grow pipeline.
• Conduct market research to stay on top of prospects and competition.
• Participate in industry forums and associations relevant to target customers.
• Forecasting months in advance and document data in Salesforce; complete required fields.
• Collaborate with the team to identify gaps and progress opportunities.
• Identify, develop and create new qualified sales opportunities from leads.

Let's break down the day-to-day a little further:

Consultative and Conceptual Selling

• Outbound prospecting: you'll source leads, research and connect via outbound calls, networking events, emails and other social media platforms to articulate value.
• Encourage real and transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges. You’re trying to find a customer‑centric solution for key business needs.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts within your assigned territory.

Strategic Sales Planning

• Develop plans for growth within the region to grow pipeline.
• Conducts market research through multi-channel sources to stay on-top of prospects and the competitive landscape.
• Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to the target customers.

Forecasting & Documentation

• Forecasting months in advance to achieve the best results
• Capturing and documenting data using Salesforce and completing required fields for leads and early state opportunities.
• Collaborating with the team to find and assess gaps plus provide insights and knowledge on how to progress opportunities.
• Identifies, develops and creates new qualified sales opportunities from leads.

People who Excel (Your Background)

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or B2B tech sales
• Previous experience managing sales cycles of around 6-12 months
• Must love prospecting! Our most successful Account Executives generate their own opportunities too!
• Driven, goal‑oriented, strategic, empathic, and money motivated.
• Experience using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach (nice to have)

• The salary range for this role is $100,00 - $110,000 + OTE
