Our client, a leader in the digital health industry, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth across Canada. The ideal candidate should thrive in competitive environments, understand complex products and industries, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, close deals, and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and needs.
  • Become an expert on the company’s offerings; conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and represent the market to inform product priorities.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
  • Forecast sales accurately and work with colleagues to meet revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises in the employer health benefits sector.
  • A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Experience with consulting firms evaluating new benefits.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
