As an Account Director (Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee custodial services and lead our staff at our Airport location. You will be client-facing, responsible for executing the project scope, and achieving key deliverables, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and employee health and safety.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain client retention through proactive engagement and the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.
  • Establish a visible account-level presence to foster effective relationships with clients.
  • Align key Dexterra contacts with similar roles within the client organization and develop a relationship matrix.
  • Communicate performance expectations, monitor, and reward performance to meet plans, goals, and budgets.
  • Identify and recruit talent through networks, vet candidates, and support career growth with personal development plans.
  • Apply a strategic selling mindset using the Miller Heiman sales methodology.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management, specifically in Aviation.
  • Federal Government Security Clearance is required.
  • Knowledge of technical elements necessary for service delivery support.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees in a safe, supportive environment.
  • A clear criminal record check is mandatory.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
