Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking Accident Benefits Adjusters to join the WorkForce Advantage team across Canada. You will manage accident benefits claims from investigation through settlement, collaborating with insureds, adjusters, clients and stakeholders to provide responsive, high-quality service.

The role supports hybrid work when needed, with assignments typically lasting three to twelve months and potential transitions to permanent roles with the client.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education (University Degree or College Diploma) in Business, Health Sciences, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of Accident Benefit Adjusting experience required.
• Must be comfortable with hybrid work when needed
• CIP Designation or working toward completion
• ADR and Litigation including LAT experience is an asset.
• Proficient knowledge of SABS
• Must be able to obtain Ontario insurance license
• Knowledge of medical and legal information and terminology.
• An advanced level of English (Verbal and written) is required.

We are currently recruiting for Accident Benefits Adjusters to join our WorkForce Advantage team across Canada.

How WorkForce Advantage Works

As a member of the WorkForce Advantage team, you will join our talent roster and may be matched with client contracts based on your availability, experience, and fit. You will remain an employee of Crawford & Company while working remotely in support of another insurance company.

Assignments typically last three to 12 months and may be extended. Depending on business needs and performance, there may also be an opportunity to transition into a permanent role with the client.

The salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 annually
