Job summary

Action Car and Truck Accessories is seeking an Accessory Specialist to join our St. John’s team. You will provide expert product advice, create customer quotes, and deliver exceptional customer experience while helping customers choose the right accessories for their vehicles.

Wage range is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer full health and dental benefits, paid vacation, and great employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on automotive accessories and vehicle upgrade solutions
• Prepare quotes and assist customers in selecting the right products
• Promote a wide range of products including hood deflectors, box covers, wheels and tires, and 4x4 accessories
• Support installation scheduling and coordinate with technicians where required
• Maintain accurate customer orders and supporting paperwork
• Ensure showroom displays and product areas are clean and organized
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada’s only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and 4 distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking an Accessory Specialist to join our St. John’s team.

The Accessory Specialist is responsible for providing expert product advice, creating customer quotes, and delivering exceptional customer experience while helping customers choose the right accessories for their vehicles.

Wage Range

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
