Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain client relationships and service intruder, CCTV and access control systems across multiple sectors. The role involves site visits, collaboration with teams and ensuring safety and professional conduct on client sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years' relevant experience and familiarity with enterprise solutions such as Lenel, Dahlmeier, Synectics, Salto or Gallagher. Training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar security systems role.
• Experience with enterprise solutions preferred (Dahlmeier/Lenel/Synectics/Salto/Gallagher).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients across sectors.
• Focus on maintenance and servicing of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Occasional work on Panic/Affray Alarms, Nurse call, EVCS and remedial works.
• Work collaboratively with team and interact professionally with clients and other trades.
• Regular site visits with a customer-centric approach.
• Manage documentation, schedules, and site reports to company guidelines.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and uphold company assets.

About The Role

OCS Security is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance our relationships with esteemed clients in multiple sectors including Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues.

The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the maintenance and servicing of their Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some works on Panic / Affray Alarms, Nurse call and EVCS and an element of remedial and small works. The selected candidate must work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, thereby positively representing the Company. This role requires regular site visits, emphasising a customer-centric approach at all times. The Security Engineer will report directly to the Local Service Manager.

Qualifications

A minimum of three - five years' experience in a similar role. Qualifications / Experience with Enterprise solutions including Dahlmeier, Lenel, Synectic's, Salto, Gallagher preferred, though not essential. Candidates demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions will be considered for investment in training.
