Job summary

UBC in Vancouver is seeking an Academic Programs Coordinator within the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science. You will support undergraduate and graduate course delivery, coordinate course operations, and manage teaching assistants to ensure smooth scheduling and student services.

Responsibilities include TA recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and system administration for course platforms, along with contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with faculty

Qualifications

High School graduation with two-year post-secondary diploma and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative delivery of undergraduate and graduate course offerings.
