Overview

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state‑specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e‑sign, post‑hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
