Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ~25 including employees and temporary staff.
• Drive budgets, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements and brand standards.
• Coordinate ME production support for A220 FAL Line A in Mirabel.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and digital tool adoption.
