Job description

As PepsiCo Canada’s A&M Finance Manager, you will lead the A&M financial strategy and process across Frito, Quaker and Beverage portfolios. This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners, including marketing and finance leadership teams, on the investment agenda for A&M which includes driving synergies between portfolios, developing A&M investment strategies, managing budgets and tracking performance to ensure accountability. The A&M Finance Manager will also oversee the MCC A&M team to ensure all A&M is booked accurately and invoices are processed correctly on time. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, and great sense of ownership & accountability.

Overview

As PepsiCo Canada’s A&M Finance Manager, you will lead the A&M financial strategy and process across Frito, Quaker and Beverage portfolios. This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners, including marketing and finance leadership teams, on the investment agenda for A&M which includes driving synergies between portfolios, developing A&M investment strategies, managing budgets and tracking performance to ensure accountability.   • Lead the end-to-end A&M financial strategy & management to fuel brand performance across Frito, Quaker and Beverage
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop A&M investment strategies, annual budgets and working % targets.
  • Identify synergies across the three businesses and provide insights to improve budget efficiency and ROI.
  • Provide monthly updates and visibility to leadership and marketing budget owners on A&M performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Train and support marketing partners on budget tools and financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies through monthly reconciliation and quarterly balance sheet reviews

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way
  • Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Effective time management & prioritization capabilities
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement
  • Strong modeling skills and system skills (ie. SAP, Power BI)
    • Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
