• Maintain competency in subject matter areas of certification and assignment.
• Employ appropriate methods of assessment to identify student proficiency levels and plan programs.
• Strive for harmonious relationships with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Promote and support School District Goals as defined in the Strategic Plan.
• Develop awareness of local culture and provide bicultural/multicultural instruction.
• Use culture-based unit development per annual expectations.
