  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Non-violent crisis intervention skills.
  • Basic First Aid (asset).
  • Bilingual English and French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all participants adhere to program guidelines and intervene as required.

  • Respond to client questions, concerns, and potential conflicts with professionalism.
  • Review visit observation notes for accuracy and completeness by end of the shift.
  • Complete and file critical incident reports as required.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The PNRPT On‑SiteWorker is responsible for monitoring and coordinating supervised visitation andexchange services within the Supervised Access Program. This role ensuresvisits are conducted safely, respectfully, and in accordance with programpolicies, while providing support to clients, children, and volunteer visitmonitors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and facilitate safe,neutral, and child‑focused supervised visits and exchanges
  • Update program lineups and informclients of schedule changes or cancellations
  • Prepare visit spaces andactivities to ensure a welcoming and appropriate environment
  • Ensure all participants adhere toprogram guidelines and intervene as required
  • Supervise visits (up to twohours) when volunteer visit monitors are unavailable
  • Provide on‑site support andorientation to volunteer visit monitors
  • Respond to client questions,concerns, and potential conflicts with professionalism
  • Review visit observation notesfor accuracy and completeness by the end of the shift
  • Complete and file criticalincident reports as required
  • Collect program fees, issuereceipts, and maintain accurate payment records
  • Maintain a tidy and safe visitsite; ensure supplies are returned and stored properly
  • Prepare and photocopy documentsas required for program delivery
  • Attend mandatory staff trainingand Supervised Access Program meetings
  • Administer client satisfaction oroutcome surveys as directed
  • Perform other related duties asrequired

You are calm,responsible, and respectful in your interactions with children, families, andcolleagues. You are comfortable working in emotionally charged environments andcan de-escalate situations while maintaining professional boundaries. You valueteamwork, accurate documentation, and client‑centered service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
