Job summary

Bison Transport is seeking dedicated drivers for a unique position requiring 7 days on the road followed by 7 days off. Candidates will be hauling dry van and reefer freight throughout Canada and the U.S., averaging 7,000 miles per month.

Applicants must possess a valid Class 1/AZ license, have 24 months of tractor-trailer experience, and be eligible to drive in the U.S. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 24 months tractor-trailer experience as a Company Driver.
• Eligible to drive in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Valid Class 1/AZ license.

Responsibilities

• Must drive Highway 17 in Ontario year-round.

Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time! This unique position requires you to be on the road 7 days at a time followed by 7 days off.

• Hauling dry van and reefer freight open board in Canada/U.S.
• Must be able to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year
• Average of 7,000 miles per month
• Additional work might be available upon request
• Regional work is required
• Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol
• Operating in a non-smoking truck-share unit
