Job summary

Bath Depot in Calgary is seeking a Part-time 3rd Key to join our team. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help drive sales in a fast-growing home improvement retailer.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or team leadership, is available days, evenings and weekends, and brings strong communication and organizational skills.

• Achieve sales targets, including Sales Per Hour (SPH) and Dollars Per Transaction (DPT).
• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
• Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Ensure consistent and thorough customer follow-up.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure product presentation meets company standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
