Job summary

Bath Depot is seeking a Part-Time 3rd Key for our Saskatoon location to help drive sales, support daily store operations, and train/foster a customer-centric team. The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, strong communication, and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in sales or team leadership, be available days/evenings/weekends, and hold a high school diploma with French language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or team leadership experience.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
• French required; English is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward one).

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales targets.
• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Provide support with internal training.
• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service.
• Contribute to effective product presentation and merchandising.

• Handle store opening and closing procedures.

• Manage inventory according to established processes.

• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.

• Ensure consistent and thorough customer follow-up.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
