Job summary

Bath Depot in Oakville seeks a Part time 3rd Key to join our Burloak location. We are a Canadian family-owned retailer specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting products, with a mission to reinvent home renovation shopping.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Motivate, coach, and support the store team.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Encourage the team to achieve its sales goals.
• Achieve sales targets, including Sales Per Hour (SPH) and Dollars Per Transaction (DPT).
• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
• Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Ensure consistent and thorough customer follow-up.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure product presentation meets company standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
