Job summary

Westeck Windows and Doors is seeking a Production Worker II with hands-on CNC experience to operate the Biesse Rover B 5-axis CNC and produce high-quality door components from detailed drawings.

You will set up equipment, verify measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safe, efficient production. The role requires precision, teamwork, and flexibility to support other lines as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC production experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Biesse Rover B 5‑axis CNC equipment to manufacture custom door components.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment using shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Calculate and verify dimensions, angles, measurements, and machining requirements.
• Measure and inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues and make appropriate adjustments.
• Maintain production quality, efficiency, and safe operating practices.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other production lines and departments as required.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency, safety, and production processes.
