Job Summary :
The Building Operator position provides a high level of professional customer service support and hands-on operation for the clients and tenants at the facility for the heating / cooling plant, HVAC, building control systems, plumbing, electrical, building automation system (BAS), computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and other building infrastructure systems including subcontractor management and coordination. The position requires full-time on-site attendance, Mon. to Fri. (40 hrs / week), with overtime as required and after-hours availability for emergencies. Travel Requirements : Company vehicle provided.
