ParaMed is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Oshawa, ON. This role serves as the primary contact for clients and field staff, coordinating care by matching clients with qualified staff and creating efficient schedules.
Responsibilities include assigning staff to patients, maintaining accurate patient data, and supporting communications with funders, families, and team members. The position requires strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and empathy for patients and families.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, offering superior customer service skills as you match clients in need of care to appropriate field staff.
LOCATION: Oshawa, ON
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
AVAILABILITY REQUIRED: Nights and Weekends
SHIFTS: Night – 2:00pm-10:00pm

Compensation Details: $22.28 - $26.52
