Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Kitchener, ON is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for a full-time, permanent role on the third shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday). You will monitor packaging equipment, feed lines, perform quality checks, and ensure GMP and safety standards are met to maintain smooth production flow.

Key qualifications include experience operating packaging machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging equipment or similar machinery.
• Fluent in English; able to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor packaging equipment to ensure line speed and product specifications.
• Fill feeders and maintain proper materials at the station.
• Perform quality checks and ensure GMP and safety standards are met.
• Communicate with crew leaders and maintenance to resolve issues and keep production on track.
