Job summary

Voyago is hiring a Full Time 310T Licensed Technician for our Carp location. Join our dynamic team where we value work-life balance with day shifts and no weekends.

You will perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, and timely repairs while upholding MTO and Voyago/Transdev guidelines. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will service light-duty diesel and gasoline engines, use inventory parts, maintain a clean workspace, and complete logs.

Qualifications

• 310T license is required.
• ODP certification with A/C experience or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with light-duty diesel and gasoline engines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Valid G-class license and clean driving record.
• Clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager

• You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago / Transdev's guidelines
• You will utilize parts from inventory and complete repairs in a timely manner
• You will be servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• You will keep work environment clean and tidy
• You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division)

Requirements

Your Profile

• You possess a minimum 310T license
• You have ODP certification with A/C experience or are willing to obtain
• You have experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline
• You have superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies
• You demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• You have excellent proven customer service experience
• You have a valid G-class driving license
• You possess a clean driving record
• You have a clean Criminal Record
